The Joy of Personal Writing
Our nonfiction writing course “The Joy of Personal Writing” is in its 15th year at Ethical NYC. The classes are designed to help you get focused on writing, find writing impulses and master basic and more complex writing skills. Workshop members are a mix of returning writers and new participants who want to give personal writing a try. Instructor: Elaine Berman Gurney
Ethical Outlook Literary Issue - A compilation of writings from students and an introduction by Instructor Elaine Berman Gurney. Visit the Workshop Writers' Space to read pieces by past and present workshop writers.

Ethics in Film
Join us on the 1st Friday of each month at 7:00pm for a film screening followed by a thought-provoking discussion of the ethical issues raised in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Ethics and the Theater
Join us every 2nd Friday at 6:30pm to watch members of the Society and guest actors read plays dealing with ethical and moral issues before a live audience. Readings are preceded by a reception with light refreshments and followed by discussions of the ethical and moral issues raised by the play.
The Music Café at Ethical
Join us every 3rd Friday at 7:00pm for The Music Café at Ethical, a welcoming place to unwind, relax, and enjoy refreshments, good company, and entertainment.
